In-Person Registration

The SOHO 2021 in-person registration fee for participants includes:

  • unlimited access to all scientific sessions;
  • breakfasts, luncheons, dinners;
  • in-person and virtual exhibitions;
  • welcome reception & poster session;
  • a full-access badge;
  • one copy of the final program;
  • abstract proceedings book/CLML journal supplement;
  • CME credits & MOC credits for physicians, CNE credits for nurses, CE credits; and,
  • workshop-related materials;
  • in-person registrants receive free access to the virtual environment through January 10, 2021.

Virtual Registration

For those unable to travel to the in-person event in Houston, virtual registration is available for the SOHO 2021 Annual Meeting. The registration fee for virtual attendance includes: 

  • live-stream general session broadcast;
  • opportunities to submit questions to virtual and live presenters in Houston; 
  • ability to engage with virtual participants via chat and other tools; 
  • access to the virtual exhibit hall for collaborations, information and FREE give-aways; 
  • on-demand recordings for 4-months post-SOHO;
  • access to posters for viewing, author contact and collaborations;
  • an online copy of the final program and abstract proceedings published in the official CLML journal supplement; and,
  • CME credits for physicians, MOC credits, CE credits and CNE credits for nurses.

SOHO 2021 Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing by SOHO no later than August 1, 2021. No refunds will be processed after that date.

Substitutions are permitted with a $50 transfer fee and written authorization from the original registrant. There are no refunds for a change in registration category. If the original registrant is a SOHO Member, the substitute must also be a SOHO Member or pay the difference between the regular and member registration prices. For virtual meeting registrations, substitutions are permitted with a $15 transfer fee and written authorization from the original registrant.

A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from each refunded in-person annual meeting registration. A $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from each refunded virtual annual meeting registration.

If you are attending the meeting in-person and made a hotel reservation, remember to cancel or transfer your hotel reservation directly with the Hilton Americas-Houston at +1.713.739.8000.
